Keto Chocolate Blondies

This recipe is super quick and easy for all of you who have a sweet tooth out there! In the past I've made brownie recipes that claim to be the best, or "just like the real ones" and truthfully, they never are.

Here is my take of keto desserts, most of them are just simply not going to taste like the real stuff. The real stuff if bad for you, that's why. Keto desserts are simply a replica to help curb that sweet tooth or cravings, but I truthfully think you can only get so close to making keto ingredients taste like the real thing, and I have accepted that.

I'm honestly not a huge desserts or sweets person, but I LOVE creating things. My boyfriend tells me all the time he doesn't like desserts, so its my little game to create dessert recipes, ask him to try them, and see how quickly they go. I know, it seems cruel and I'm actually the only one participating in this game, but my theory is if someone isn't a sweets person, yet consumes the entire batch you made on Sunday by Tuesday, then I might be doing something right!

This one is a winner in my book! I'm not sure what I did before I discovered Lily's chocolate. If you're living this low-carb diet I'm sure you've tried this brand or at least heard of it. When I first found them in whole foods, they only sold the baking chocolate chips but now they sell so many different flavors and types!

Here is what you'll need!

1 cup Almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp xanatham gum

1/2 powdered monfruit

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1/2 cup ghee- melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 bar of Lily's milk chocolate- chopped up

Hope you all enjoy!
