No Bake Keto Almond Butter Fat Bombs
In my opinion, these are THE BEST Almond butter fat bars I've tasted.
Everyone LOVES a good dessert, but then you end up having regrets later, maybe you messed up your diet, whatever it is, the reason I love these is simple- I can eat a dessert with no regrets.
I don't count my macros so I do not know exactly what the net carbs are on these, but with the specific ingredients I used, it is no more than 5 net card a serving.
Almond butter is definitely one of my go to products, it just tends to be lower in carbs than peanut butter and in my opinion I prefer almond butter anyways.
What will you need to make this recipe?
2 tbs Ghee (or butter)
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 ouch of Lily's chocolate ( Hands down the best low-carb chocolate ever!)
1 tbs coconut cream (or heavy cream)
2 pieces of cocoa butter
Line 12 mini muffin tin with liners- here is what I use.
In a small bowl, mix the almond butter, 1 tablespoon of ghee (melted) , and the lakanto sweetener. You can microwave and then mix well.
Pour the mixture into the lined mini-cupcake tins about halfway full. Place in the freezer.
In another bowl, mix the other tablespoon of ghee and the chocolate chips. Microwave until smooth, and mix.
Stir in the vanilla extract and the cream, mix until smooth.
Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and fill the top of the cups with the chocolate mixture. Freeze again.
Melt the white cocoa butter or wafers and drizzle over the tops of the frozen fat bombs.
Store in the freezer!
Feel free to play around with different products. If you can find a different low-carb almond butter or chocolate chips, this recipe should still work!
You may eat all 12 in one sitting, but I feel like if you did, you totally would deserve it!
